It is -8 degrees as I type.  It's too cold for humans or doggies outside. I think I will just stay under the covers. As I am typing this post, I am being attacked by "something," but I refuse to get sick. It has been tea and Echinacea for me all day. Soup seemed right for dinner. So I made up a healthy pot that began with organic chicken broth, cayenne pepper, fresh basil, garlic and turmeric. It was delicious, and I feel better already. Soup really is good for the soul!
