We have an exciting weekend my friends, beginning with today's Kentucky Derby. Have you ever been? I have not, but as an ex-race horse owner and breeder, there have been many big races in my life. It's all so exciting, especially when you win. So I'll be watching, and will have a little case of the goose bumps for the winner. Then there's Cinco de Mayo. I'll be cooking something from this week's Foodie Friday, and enjoying the perfect margarita. Before you race off, scroll down for some quick links for
the weekend.
