My latest beauty obsession: Estee Lauder Perfectionist Pro Instant Wrinkle Filler. The product does what it says, and is so easy to use. It's the best wrinkle filler that I have tried to date. I would say that it decreases lines immediately by about 40%. I like it so much that I am on my 3rd tube. It's hard to find but Bloomingdale's has it right now. They sell out fast, though.
