Prime Time: Do you use an eyelid primer? I find it important as a base under your eyeshadow. My favorite is Trish McEvoy's Eye Base Essentials. Your eyeshadow will stay on all day. It's also an eye brightener. It does such a nice job, you don't even have to wear shadow. Love this product!
