Vegetables: Recipes From Mother Nature

 

Here's a little inspiration straight from the earth and Mother Nature. If you really want to live a healthy life, it has been proven that less red meat and more vegetables is the way to go. But those veggies don't have to be boring. This recipe roundup is proof of that. Think creamy coconut basil sauce, roasted red pepper bloody  marys and so much more.

Something different. Truth be told, I have never pickelled anything except for cucumbers, and they are great. This dish will be a surprise for your guests. Add the homemade pesto, hummus, and ricotta cheese, and it becomes classic fare.

This is a delicious spring salad that is packed with flavor and color.

Have you ever tried this? The romaine is so good grilled, but timing is everything. It's not totally vegetarian, because of the bacon, but you could omit that. It's yummy.
