Spring 2013 Trend: Mod Squad
One of my favorite runway trends, turns back the hands of time. You will see an ode to Sixties Mod, with bold, graphic patterns and
retro shapes.
retro shapes.
Moschino's Applique Stretch Cotton Dress
features two of Spring's trends, a graphic mod print in black and white. Love it. It's expensive but great fun.
Michael Kors infused Spring fashion with shots of bold color in retro shapes. Wear it head to toe. His Pocket Skirt in crepe with matching top is a big dose of sixties sunshine.
Lisa Perry always does a mod look...which I love. The Domino Dress is an easy to wear dress for women of all ages.
One of my fave looks. Proenza Schouler really
leathered up on the runway for Spring. This suit is a mod squad sensation! I can't find this exact suit
for sale, but Barney's has many of their
leather pieces.
Kate Spade's window pain in black and white is
accessorized with white out nails and a pop of geek chic. Find all the pretty pieces at
Kate Spade.
Vuitton had, perhaps the most graphic runway
presentation. Checks and stylish stripes were
certainly not your Grandma's gingham or pinstripes.
