Since much of the country is in for some snow this weekend, that's our theme for today. I actually celebrate a little snow, as long as I don't have to drive in it. But I'm ready for what Mother Nature has to dish out for us. Santa brought me a new puffer coat, that I love. Here's some links and

Bittersweet Chip Cookies: Make these cookies stat. They are the best Chocolate Chip Cookie that I have ever baked.  It bust be the brown butter you use. The best part is that you freeze the dough and make as many as you need or want at a time. 

If you do get snow this weekend, take a minute to look at the snowflakes with a child's eye. It's so interesting that they all come from the same sky, but each one falls a little differently. They have their own shapes and sizes, and every individual snowflake is beautiful. 
Think about that.
