That's right. This April Fool is starting the birthday weekend with cake, but I refuse to be a day over 39. Every year sweet "Mr. Shop This" asks what kind of birthday cake I want. After some hits and misses, I decided a few years ago, to make my own. I mean, I can't lick the spoon with a bakery bought cake. Here's to sweet celebrations for all of us!
