Foodie Friday: Summer Salads


Summer salads are hard to beat, especially when the heat is on. They are the best way to use seasonal fruits and veggies. Chicago's farmers markets are not open yet, which is so disappointing. Are they open in your towns? Thankfully, Whole Foods does have pretty produce! This recipe roundup will make a salad lover out of anyone. And for those meat and potato people, there is a Loaded Potato Salad, and the best sounding Steak Salad with flavors of the southwest. You'll love the salad accessories, too.
