Aromatherapy At Home For Fall

One of my favorite things about Fall are the scents associated with the season. Crisp air, apples baking, caramel making, and fires burning ~ don't you just love it all? Surrounding ourselves with uplifting scents is good for our health and aromatherapy for our souls. Why not take your home decor and personal products beyond the traditional, and make it a multi-sensory experience this Fall? Here are 14 ways to indulge your senses or gift a friend.

La Perla Home Fragrance
These containers are as gorgeous as their Italian lingerie. With names like  Spicy Macrame, Velvet Sea, Vanilla Soul and Amber Lace this collection is luxurious. The Amber lace sounds like Autumn to me, with notes of lemon, grapefruit, black pepper, eucalyptus, amber, musk, and oak moss.

Uma Pure Calm Candle
Don't we all need some more calm in our loves these days? This seriously pretty etched glass holds  pure Ayurvedic essential oils—chamomile, lavender, vetiver, rose, and geranium among them.  The fresh botanicals encourage a feeling of calmness.
Yes, please!

P.F. Candle Co. Teakwood & Tobacco Soy Candle
As recommended by Food52, and my friend Mollie, (she loves the brand), this candle has an apothecary inspired look. The scent is said to be of spicy black pepper, tobacco, and orange.  What a welcoming and homey feel. The Pinion Wood fragrance sounds good, too

Lavender Scented Pouch
It's sweater weather, and let's face it, we don't clean them after every wearing.  Not only does dried lavender smell good, it is a natural bug and moth repellant. Ideal for cashmere, wool, closets, and storage containers.

  Nest Pumpkin Chai Fragrance
This home scent is the epitome of Autumn's aroma! Masala Chai, wild pumpkin, cinnamon, and cardamom, are blended together in the coziest way.

723 Laundry Detergent
Any why shouldn't the laundry room smell better than toxic chemicals and bleach? I used this detergent back in July, and it was instant love. The alluring, spicy rose scent is lovely and faint, but oh so good! It whitens, brightens, preserves color, and removes stains from
everyday laundry.
The Laundress

Jonathan Adler's Hashish Candle
Described as "earthy but couture." This scandalous scent features, patchouli, moss, black courant, and green apple.  Will you be tempted to inhale? The gift box is wonderful and the porcelain container, when empty, is a
stylish stash box.

Thucassi Scents
I am so excited to find this line of scents for the home. Their evocative fragrances and inspired vessels are so unique. Shown here is the Savanna Caravan Candle. It's encased in leather with scent notes of  Bergamot (think earl grey tea) Cypress, white musk and more. Lovely!

Agraria Home Fragrance
I was hooked on this line of stylish scents for the home, ever since I experienced them in Gumps of San Francisco. Oh they are so lovely! The scented tassles, glass flowers, candles...all of it. I know that you will love this brand, too.

Mulled Cider Candle
Eco-friendly and easy on the senses. This scent sounds like the best kind of Fall day. Think warm spices with a spirited splash of bourbon!

Forest Therapy Essential Oil
The Forest Therapy oil is an essential oil blend with uplifting pink pepper, Ho Wood, cleansing juniper berry, with calming Mediterranean cypress and refreshing Sicilian lemon. You can diffuse the oil, put a few drops in your bath water, or simply breathe it in.

Boulangerie Jar
Vanilla & Fig
I have experienced this scent. It is a beautiful blend of lush vanilla, orchid petals and black mission figs. It all adds up to a distinctive Autumn scent.

Voluspa Bourbon Vanille
Scent your home for Happy Hour!
Handpoured in the US, this brand has
a cult following.

Leaves Candle
You will smell the imaginary cider, cinnamon, and oranges mulling on the stove. Add a dose of crisp air and leaves slowly falling. What a warm
 inviting scent!
