Foodie Friday: Coffee And Donuts

"Mr. Shop This" and I often talk about donuts. I guess it is one of our guilty pleasures, but we rarely indulge ourselves. As you have read before, I try to avoid carbohydrates like the plague, but I admit, a good donut is hard to pass up.  Since we are upon the last week of Summer, I am warming up to the idea of some good old fashioned donuts and a hot drink. And by the way, you are not seeing things. It appears that there are two ways to spell "donut." I have used whichever spelling was found in each recipe. Now, it's time to go make the donuts!
