Foodie Friday: Coffee Talk ~ Recipes & More

{ Via: Williams Sonoma }

The nerve of me attempting a coffee post! Admittedly, it is not something that I know a good deal about. I do not drink it, unless it is cappuchino with Cointreau. Nothing wrong with that, right? But I do realize that coffee is what gets most people through their daily grind. Today's post features recipes that think outside of the pot and coffee accessories
any barista would love.

HERE: 20 Coffee-licious Recipes &
Cooks Tools

Perfect Vanilla Bean Iced Coffee
A cold brewed coffee with fresh coffee beans and coconut water. The coconut water gives a slight kick of flavor, but it is the vanilla beans that are the star of this recipe.
Half Baked Harvest

No Churn Coffee Oreo Ice Cream
You may remember that I have mentioned I no longer buy store bought ice cream. This will be my next variety to try, just as soon as my butterscotch ganache batch is finished. Less than 10 minutes of hands-on time, and it’s into the freezer for this stellar Coffee
Oreo Ice Cream.
Broma Bakery

Ceramic French Press
Ever since our first trip to Europe, my family has been a fan of the French Press. Many years later, this is how we make coffee today. This press not only looks pretty but serves up piping hot brew. And if you're not a coffee drinker, it's just as useful for brewing iced or hot tea.

Coffee Crusted Beef Tenderloin
Said to be a perfectly cooked tenderloin, cooked to exactly medium rare, with a simple, yet perfect red wine au jus. As a side note, this beautiful hunk of meat was purchased at Eatily, where everything they offer is of the
 highest quality.
The Crepes Of Wrath

Creamy Coconut Rum Iced Coffee
Doesn't this look like a glass of heaven? A great recipe for brunch or an after dinner drink. That shot of rum really makes this coffee interesting.
Heather Christo

Cappuccino Pancakes
For those mornings when you need a little extra pick me up. From the author's mouth.... these are like a "coffee cake for breakfast to start the day, with melt in your mouth chocolate chips..topped with a creamy ‘frosting’ and dusted with chocolate dusting powder." My pick of the roundup. And since "Mr. Shop This " inspired today's post, he may just be eating these this weekend.
Cafe Delites

Ricotta & Coffee Mousse
When you want a dessert that feels fancy, mousse is always the answer. Best yet, it is really easy to prepare.
Saveur

Sticky BBQ Spare Ribs with a Coffee and Pepper Rub
The coffee and pepper rub adds such an amazing depth of flavor, you will want to put it on all your meat in the future. And I have, but please, make your own barbecue sauce! That recipe is included here, too.
Drizzle and Dip

Roasted Baby Beets with Coffee-Balsamic Glaze
Not a fan of beets, but this dish even looks delicious to me. Add some goat cheese, roasted walnuts, and a light coffee glaze, and you have a winning dish.
Kinfolk

Osaka Concrete Pour-Over Coffee Station
Pour over coffee seems to be a "thing."  I admit that I don't exactly know what that means. It does look good though. Made of concrete and steel, this machine will stand
strong on any chic counter.
CB2

Toby's Estate Dean & DeLuca Single Origin Coffee & Espresso
Dean & Deluca always sources the best products from around the world. I have no doubt that these coffees (four varieties in total)
 are delicious!

Jamaican Me Crazy Cake
From Annie Pie's Bakery comes a little something for you non bakers. Rum and coffee with a touch of caramel and toasted nuts. Layered with creamy milk-chocolate and caramel mousses, and crowned with chocolate-covered espresso beans. What's not to love?
Neiman Marcus

Coffee Bacon Sandwiches
Time to elevate your basic BLT! This bacon has coffee on it, which sounds amazing to me. Along with fresh spinach and a fabulous goat cheese spread, this is one sophisticated sammi!
Joy The Baker

Chocolate Milk Iced Mocha
With vanilla powder, the cutest round coffee ice cubes and chocolate milk, I may even love this coffee confection.
How Sweet Eats

Breville Barista Touch
Always wanting to bring you the best, this product was voted the top new coffee product in 2018. I can see why....it has a touchscreen, you can name your favorite concoctions, it's intuitive, has its' own tamper, makes froth, grinds, and it is cleverly compact. A bit pricey but so are $6 Cappuccinos.
Sur La Table

Coffee Rubbed Burgers With Dr. Pepper BBQ Sauce
This recipe calls for a good deal of ingredients, but nothing too exotic. Because there is coffee in the rub AND in the sauce, can we call this breakfast food?
The Chunky Chef

Coffee Walnut Bundt Cake
This bundt cake is moist and packed full of walnuts and delicately flavored with coffee. It is topped with a burnt butter glaze.
Drzzld

Have you ever heard of such a thing? If you are a professional barista or make espressos at home, turns out that you need a tamper to craft a great coffee. Who knew?

Made with instant coffee, this recipe is a cross between mud cake and the best fudgy brownie.
