If you don't bake, consider this cake. My mashed potatoes are hard to beat flavor-wise. I mean, fresh garlic, cream cheese, butter, heavy cream and plenty of Himalayan Sea Salt, all add up to a taste made in heaven. But I often am not happy with the texture. Everyone says that this ricer will give you "light as air" mashed.
