I spent a good amount of time last year studying clean food, clean beauty, and the effects of chemicals in our lives. My conclusion is that we are what we eat and what we apply to our skin. All of those chemicals are hurting us. I've made the switch to clean eating already except for all of that holiday sugar, but the beauty products are still a work in progress.
