Saturdays At Shop This:

Apologies for the sporadic posts this week. A dear friend of mine lost her battle with cancer on Monday. It's been hard. I know that many of you feel a bit fragile yourselves from the sadness in the world, the missed and postponed celebrations, the anger and the fear.  For today, let's acknowledge our feelings, then concentrate on the positive. These links are filled with positivity, kindness, and hope.

The Art of Raising Kind Kids: I tried to major in this when I was a mom of a young child. If you do nothing else as a parent, make this a priority.

Grieving, Mourning, and Honoring Loved Ones in Social Isolation: Here are some positive ways to deal with loss.

Protect the kiddos while they play dress up!  Lovelane Designs makes it easy with these fun and eco-friendly child masksThe country is opening up like a butterfly this weekend. Let's think positive about the end result.

Brave EnoughSurprise a loved one or spoil yourself with this book's words of positivity and support, adding a dose of light to any day. It's a collection of inspirational quotes and anecdotes.

At Home Kindness Kit: Beekman 1802 has put together a kit filled with their Triple Milk Cleanser, Milk Peel, and Skin Milk. It has all you need for healthy, glowing skin. At a new low price for a limited time. I can't say enough good things about their
clean beauty products!

For those of us still on lockdown, Lucy Williams of Free People, Makes Staying Inside Fun.

If you are like me, a good hair day, makes me feel extremely positive. I use Living Proof haircare. Their "full" line of products work great with my fine hair. Save 20% this weekend.....prices are marked. Shipping is free.

Vogue, Amazon, and the CFDA announced the new Common Threads store on Amazon this week. Up until now, I haven't talked fashion too much. I mean where can we wear it? But with the country opening up bit by bit, maybe it's time. This edit is  instant style gratification. With names like Edie Parker, Derek Lam, and the Brock Collection, it is worth a click!

“We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty.”
