Last week, my dear friend, Mollie, and I went dress shopping for her son's June wedding. We had the best time, and found the PERFECT dress in 27 minutes. Can you imagine that? Our trick was to find the dress that was most like her. There were three, and she picked the absolute best one.  That's my style advice for this shopping task. Buy what speaks to you, and makes you feel like the best version of yourself. If you are the mother of the groom, ask the bride's mother what she is wearing.  And finally, pick a complimentary color and style to the wedding party. You certainly want to compliment, not clash. This edit features something for every type of wedding, at all price points.

Having just returned from a very special wedding of my dear friend, Sara, I am filled with inspiration and ideas. Besides the Spring green napkins folded vertically under the plates, the mirrored Seating Chart, the pinspot lighting on each table, her exquisite lace dress, the guest clothing really stood out. This was a well heeled crowd that dressed in their finest frocks. "Mr. Shop This" and I were quite impressed. The carpet was red and the guests wore black at the 75th Golden Globes. There was so many dramatic dresses, and Kendall Jenners's ( see above )was one of my favorites. Surrounding the glitz and grandeur was a strong message that shed light on victims of sexual assault and racial or gender inequality.
