Spring arrives any minute now. I know that we are all mentally ready for it, even if Mother Nature disagrees. For this edit, I looked to Fashion icon, Anna Wintour. In a video interview, one of her favorite features of fashion this season was that much of it made her smile. And in these trying times, isn't that what we all need.... A sunny outlook on life?
