On March 17th, everyone is Irish for a day.  Being part Irish, I do love all of the celebration, and never mind the "wear'n of a little green." I do find, however, average Irish food a little boring. So today, I present St. Pat's worthy recipes and cooks tools that are both creative and delicious.
