Tuesday Trend: Fabulous Fringe

Are you ready for a Fall fashion party? This season's stringy styles are perfect for shimmy shaking. Even the casual looks have a sense of playfulness. Believing that great style can be found at  all price points, I was put to the test with this edit. Like sequins, it seems that the right fringe is hard to find at budget prices.
