They say that corn should be knee high in July. A recent trip to the country, proved that this year’s crop should be record breaking! That corn was knee high to a giant! Fresh corn is something special, and it brings me back to my childhood, when Grandma Pearl grew her own. A piping hot ear of corn and a stick of butter is all that this little girl needed, back in the day. But there is so much more that one can do with this sweet and crunchy veggie. Time to think outside the husk, and try something new 
this Summer.
