Chinese New Year, the year of the dog, starts today and is celebrated for 15 days. It's the most important holiday of the year for the Chinese. There will be huge feasts, parades, and dressing up.  It is also a time to wish loved ones good fortune for the future. One way that we all can get in on the fun, is to attempt a few recipes in our own kitchens.  I mean, why order in, when you can make it yourself? Grab a chopstick, some five spice, and let's get cooking and celebrating.
