It's National Sweetest Day.  At first blush it seems like just another Hallmark Holiday. But if you think about it, a day that is meant for doing small things in a great way, is not a bad thing. A little treat, a handmade card, a show of support, any of this will go a long way to making someone feel loved, appreciated, cherished, and cared for.  As my Mom often said, " Oh just be sweet," So with this in mind, I have some sweet links for you.

First of all, can we talk about the sweet illustrations above? They are one of my favorite finds on Etsy. The Shop is called "A Thing Created." Her fabulous and feminine illustrations can be found on stationery, cards, art prints, and wrapping paper. I think you will agree that this is one talented artist. ........The tough get going! It's been a long week. So many are going through so much right now following fires and hurricanes. Others have personal hurdles to conquer with their health. It's not easy out there at this moment. Finding one's inner strength is what can get us thru it all. I personally believe that every storm can feature a rainbow, if we just choose to see it.
