From the 2021 archives ~ Treat your family and friends to Instagram worthy breakfasts this holiday season. These recipes will make spirits merry and bright. Get inspired!

Festive Holiday Donuts
Breakfast doesn't get any more jolly than these. There are some pretty fabulous recipes to follow here. But of all of them, these donuts are my favorite. You can even eat them while unwrapping presents. And the decorating would be great fun. You will enjoy the very detailed instructions.

Salted Caramel Brûlée Latte
Steamed milk, sweet caramel, hints of real vanilla, and a couple of shots of espresso. What's not to love?

Baked Eggnog French Toast
Here's the perfect dish to serve to a house full of guests. The eggnog creates a rich custard and the challah bread soaks it all up. Plus you can create it the day before and bake it Christmas morning!

Vanilla Gingerbread Latte
An over the top cup of coffee, that even non coffee drinkers, like me, will love. The caramel brûlée is the perfect touch for this holiday in a cup recipe!

Red Velvet Cinnamon Christmas Pancakes
Said to be light and fluffy. Loving the classic red velvet hue and that decadent cream cheese glaze that tops them off. Perfect!

Fruit Christmas Tree
God love ya if you have the energy to create this festive fruit tree. Actually, it couldn't be easier. You need a styrofoam cone, toothpicks and fruit!

Cranberry Orange Mimosa
To create this gorgeous champagne cocktail, simply combine fresh cranberries, cranberry simple syrup, orange juice, triple sec and champagne in a sleek champagne flute.

Champagne Donuts
These are baked in the oven, not fried. Sorry "Mr. Shop This!" They are made with actual champagne. Sign me up!

Overnight Croissant Breakfast Bake
Another make ahead breakfast treat that's perfect for a special breakfast or brunch. With cremini mushrooms, heavy cream, baby spinach and more, it has got to be good.

Andes Chocolate Mint Pancakes
The touch of mint just adds the perfect Christmassy touch! These would be a big hit in my home.

Cinnamon Roll Bites
An individual dish always seems special. Make it a cinnamon roll, and you have my attention. These can actually be made ahead and frozen right in the ramekins. It is a tasty time saver!

Boozy Peppermint Hot Cocoa
Of course this recipe had me at boozy. I like to have homemade hot cocoa once a year. This recipe looks and sounds worthy of the calories!

Peppermint Mocha Scones
Don't these look like Christmas? I have never made a scone, but this recipe doesn't seem too challenging. What a wonderful way to celebrate the day.

Gingerbread Banana Bread With Maple Tahini Glaze
If you are looking for something rather healthy. This is it. It is naturally sweet with no added refined sugar. I am not sure that Christmas Day is the day to watch our weight, but it is a good recipe to have on hand.

Baked Gingerbread Custard Waffle French Toast
These waffles are everything, think french toast bake, but on another level.  You can prepare it ahead of time and let the dish sit overnight in the fridge. Done!

Foodie Friday: Champagne & Cookies

Cookies and champagne are really all I need this time of year. I mean who has time to prepare a main course right now?  Both bubbles and cookies are celebration worthy, especially when presented together.  So let's pop the cork, and get creative with 14 sweet seasonal recipes.

Pomegranate Champagne Mule
A festive spin on a classic Moscow Mule. This chic cocktail features fresh winter citrus, pomegranate juice, double the ginger, and a good splash of Vodka.

Holiday Slice & Bake Cookies
I don't know about you, but these spiral cookies look a little intimidating to me. But Williams Sonoma offers the answer. Simply put the frozen dough in the freezer and slice and bake as needed. Perfect for those of you who do not bake. Also makes a great gift to send across the miles.

Pointsettia Cocktail
Could a cocktail look any more Christmas-sy? It's really just a Cranberry Mimosa. The arils and rosemary sprig add the festive feels.

Chocolate Peppermint Sandwich Cookies
Chocolate and Peppermint is a match made in heaven. These will be a major crowd pleaser.

Confetti Champagne
These are just too much fun! The festive rim is made with frosting and pop rocks!

Candy Cane Sugar Cookie Bars- Vegan and Gluten Free
The holidays are tough times for those that are gluten intolerant. But never fear, Heather is here with another tasty treat.

Sparkling Raspberry Champagne Float
I always love a boozy dessert! This is one classy and chic cocktail. It's a marvelous mix of raspberries, vodka, lime, sherbet, and champagne.

Sugar Plum Fairy Shortbread Bites
Sometimes all we need is a bite of something sweet. This little cookie will do. It's all about the pretty pink glaze. It's said to be easy to make.

Grand Champagne Cocktail
This is a Bobby Flay recipe. it features an orange flavored liquer like Grand Marnier, honey, strawberries and champagne. Sounds yummy.

Sour Cream Sugar Cookies
This recipe had me at sour cream. Decorating Christmas cookies is what memories are made of in our family. The sour cream will bring moisture and flavorful fat to what is a basic cookie without it.

Geese A' Laying
What an interesting recipe this is. It mixes Cointreau, Grey Goose, plum jam, lime and prosecco, of course.
Town and Country Mag

Champagne Stars
These cookies are said to be simple buttery sugar cookies that are topped with a champagne infused icing.

Champagne Cocktail
This is one cocktail that is worth celebrating. You can find the gold shimmering sugar used on the rim at Amazon.

Millionaires Cookie Bars
I think that my Mom made these. My memory tells me that they were over the top good. These holiday bars feature a chocolate shortbread base, a caramel filling and a dark and white chocolate topping.  It all combines to create an absolutely delicious Christmas cookie.
