Oh the memories of Christmas at my Mother's! We all couldn't wait to run down the stairs, where she kept her many tins of cookies. I think the poor girl would bake every day during the month of December. She had to, we ate all of her goodies before she could wrap them as gifts. Then there were the Coconut Cakes and yes, Fruit Cakes. I loved them all. This post is for any of you that enjoy baking, has a baker on their list, or just loves a sweet treat.
