Create art in the kitchen. These boards are handcrafted from sustainably harvested bamboo. They have been finished with a light coat of natural food safe oil and nothing else. You will also find that they are dual purposed. Cut on one side and serve canapés on the other.

This is basically a delicious salad with one giant crouton! The dressing? It's homemade pesto sauce. Yum!

I have been hearing a good deal about detoxing. We probably all need to do it. This salad is so beautiful, it doesn't look like we will suffer while we are at it. Caffe Britt Shade Grown Organic Coffee
Not being a coffee drinker, I admit that I didn't know about "shade grown" coffee beans. These coffee bean plants have been grown under a canopy of trees. Most importantly, these plants require little or no chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides. Good for our bodies!

Chinese Salad Spring Rolls
Fast, easy, and somewhat healthy. They are easy to eat on the run (no fork necessary), especially if you make them ahead of time.
Bakers Royale

Sur La Table has partnered with GreenPan to create a superior line of ceramic non-stick cookware. Each piece is packed with cook friendly and eco-friendly details and designs. The safe and non toxic ceramic coating is completely free of PFOA, PFAS and persistent pollutants as well as lead and cadmium.....which are all bad things.

A healthy take on the classic Shamrock Shake. Don't worry, it is still creamy, minty and refreshing. It's just healthier than you will find at the Golden Arches. For those who care (and we all should ) it is refined sugar free.

Large Marble Mortar & Pestle
A great way to cut down on salt is to mix up some fresh herbs. The minimalist marble mortar is perfect for making pesto, peanut butter, and guacamole. Your tastebuds will thank you for this purchase!

These elegant enameled vessels are Cadmium, Lead, PFOA and PTFE Free. That is a whole lot of chemicals that none of us need in our food.

Green Chile and Tomatillo Corn Bread
It's easy to go green with this Tex-Mex inspired recipe. Corn bread can take a little heat on St. Patrick's Day and beyond.

Glam green. This woven runner is both glam and modern made with Chilewich's vinyl called "Terrastrand." It's 100% phthalate free and contains 25% renewable vegetable content. It looks good and does good. Every square yard of this fabric saves .02 gallons of petroleum and .41 of CO2. That's a good thing.
