Back in February (see link at bottom of the page), I reported on one of Spring 2016's hottest trends, the off the shoulder look. Now that we are in mid-Summer, it is the right time to be wearing the trend. I have a casual backyard party coming up, and I am looking for the perfect shoulder baring look.
