No more delivery at our place. We make gourmet pizza at home for two or twelve. It's so much fun and everyone always wants to participate. A successful pizza party begins with organization. I like to pre-saute veggies, grate cheese, brown the meat and make the sauce before the guests arrive. Set up stations for rolling out crusts and topping the pizzas. Have plenty of towels and vino handy, then relax. There will be a little flour here and there, but the pizza will be great and your guests will be happy. Mangia!
