Saturdays At Shop This

Only a few days left until it's officially Autumn. The colors in this image above remind us that it is still summer.  And it is also sweater weather at night, here in the Hudson Valley. A crazy but lovely time of year. Please enjoy this edit of shopping links and articles.

Zimmermann's fall collection is as stunning as ever. The draping on this dress is exquisitely done. By the way, draping in fall clothing is a big trend. Pre-order this dress at Moda Operandi.

Shop the Beauty Savings Event at Nordstrom. Save 15% on Lancome, Clinique, Osea, Hermes, Dior, LaMer and even Chanel! Prices are marked.

Fall Essential Sale at the Stuart Weitzman Outlet. Save up to 60%. Who doesn't want new pair of boots?

Ahhh sweater weather! This one is wool and cashmere, and just delightful By Love Shack Fancy. It's romanatic, Don't you think?

Wild Thing: Animal prints are huge this fall! I'll be doing a post of my own soon. Until then, Shopbop has a fun edit right now. And J.Crew's Leopard Hair Calf Belt is just the perfect touch.

Exfoliate this: Exfoliating Body Glove Set by Nerra. I am always looking to upgrade my self care routine. Read about these on Town and Country. They are now on sale at Nordstrom, if you want to give them a try.

The September Sales are crazy good. Take another look at the post: Come Sale Shopping With Me.

Something new at GoldBelly: The Birthday Shop. Think show stopping cakes, iconic treats, and insta-worthy gifts. Perfect for when you can't be with your loved one on their special day. Also perfect for college kids away from home!

Here's your transitional sweater made of a beautiful blend of cotton and merino wool. It's Jenni Kayne and now 25% off. The all season staple sale features almost 200 beautiful buys up to 40% off. Shown here is The Simone.

Soon we will be back in the kitchen again. Shop the Anniversary Sale at Sur La Table for tasty sale treats. It's over Monday. On my radar: These Glass Divided Storage Containers for under $20. Porcelain Pasta Bowls for $12, and Cinnamon Infused Maple Syrup from Vermont for $12.99

Something for the guys: This vegan suede outerwear vest is really good looking in two colors. It's on major sale at Banana Republic Factory. Available in sizes up to XXl.

Lately, whenever I want to look for a recipe  I head to the Barefoot Contessa. I find her so fascinating. This book is almost a year old now, but new to me.  It's a memoir which also includes select recipes. A great $17 gift for any cook!

Have a wonderful weekend, Friends!

Cheers to The First Weekend Of Autumn

{ Via Tiffany LaBelle, Artist }

The leaves are slightly beginning to change and fall. It's always a bit sad to see summer go, but autumn is so very lovely. I have a jam packed weekend to include a Saturday wedding in NYC. Looking forward to it all. So I will wrap up the week with a few Friday faves!

Fall Horoscopes For Every Sign: I liked mine. Also who else is excited for Autumn's skies? They truly are the prettiest.

I love a comfy cozy fall outfit. The kind you would wear to lounge in at home, walk the dog, or run an errand. I think I found it at Splendid. The Splendid X Cella Jane Sweater Pant and tops.

Navy is the chicest Dark Nail Color For Fall, according to Rachel Zoe.  Chanel's Fugeuse is lovely! While you are at Bloomingdale's you can now save $20 on every $150 you spend in beauty.

Fun with Etsy: Tracee Ellis Ross's Standout Style Staples For Fall and Beyond. Award winning actress. producer, and daughter of Diana, has curated a collection of fashion and accessories from Etsy shops. No surprise that it all features bold silhouettes, bright pops of color, and delightful unexpected details. It's fun!

Sweater Weather: I think you will love this elegant  Sweater Blazer by J.Crew.  The collar and polished buttons are so chic.

Do you contour your face? I always have, but never with this ease.  Just tried Westman Atelier's "Face Trace" contour stick, and it is so good! I bought biscuit, and it is perfect for my medium beige skintone. It's creamy and so easy to use. I tried the petite size, and will be buying more.

Nordstrom Rack: In Chicago The Rack was just a hop, skip, and a jump away. Haven't seen one in New York. So I visit online. You might want to, as well. Today I found YSL lipstick at 32% off, very stylish Burberry square sunnies at 55% off and many more fab finds!

Mulled Apple Cider Donuts: This is fall food with a capital F! See the recipe at Half Baked Harvest. If you aren't a baker, this Apple Cider Donut Mix gets rave reviews. It's a cute host gift, too.

Speaking of apples: Williams Sonoma has a cute kit for hosts and toasts. It's Wolford Reserve & WS Festive fall cocktail duo. You get a Spiced Apple Cocktail mixer and a jar of Luxardo Marachino Cherries. Sounds like the fixings of a perfect Manhattan Cocktail.

For 4 Days Only: Fall Essential Ankle Boots Under $299 at Stuart Weitzman's Outlet. I know that $299 is not inexpensive. But SW boots are susually at least twice that much.

There is a big beauty sale going on at Nordstrom, with over 3500 products on sale. Tap this link to find your beauty buy.

Hip To Be Square. I love my Flaunt Phone Case. Their looks are elevated and oh so stylish. I highly recommend the brand and styles.

Outdoor Fellow Candles: Have you heard of them? I have just became acquainted with the brand, and then I found this sale at Macy's. With scents like Tomato Vine, Campfire, Juniper and Grapefruit, you will bring the outside in. They are all now under $20. A good buy.

Glass Nail Files: I stopped using the average sandpaper type of nail file about a year ago. They aren't good for the nail.  I just bought this set by Vaga, and they are terrific! 4 files with metal cases for under $12 at Amazon.  It's a must have.

Lake Life: If you live at the lake on weekends, or are about to spend a weekend at someone's lake home, take a look at these bags on Etsy. I love that the handles are leather, the bottom is flat, and the construction is canvas. Very chic for under $50.But they have other theme bags, to include your own initials.

Food For Fathers: In yesterday's Gifts For Foodie Fathers, I left out one of the most special treats of all - Chicago Deep Dish Pizza from Lou Malnatti's. I miss it so. Order Dad a slice.
