Home Decor Trend: Bold Black & White

{ Via: Instagram }

Elle Decor gives us all the "what's in and what's out" in home decor for Spring 2020. It's an interesting article with photos. I discovered that my bar room accent wall is "out," but the sharp contrast of black and white is in. I am not mad about this trend, though I don't have a white wall or ceiling in my home. If you are thinking about a bold re-do, here's inspiration.

Courtly Check Sheep

Every family has one - a black sheep. These are the most whimsical pieces I have seen in a long time. Made of faux fur and resin. These little guys will play well wherever you place them.

fuss of wallpaper.

Fashion Decorative Books
I don't have a library, but if I did, I would certainly love to color coordinate at least some of the books, to my decor. These are fun, and sold per book. If not for your own home, they would
 make a great gift.
The Well Appointed House

Black & White Bath
What a good looking bathroom, right?
Besides the black subway tiles and the dueling white sinks, this room has all of the right accessories. The Morgan Memory Foam Bath Mat gives comfort to bare feet. And the Morgan Organic Cotton Shower Curtain is a perfect match. I love the idea that this shower curtain meets the
 certified GOTS standards.

Update Your Home With Bold Pops Of Design

{ Via: AHALife }

Inspiration for this post is the photo above. That space really pops! How adventurous are you when it comes to decorating? One might say that I am an 8, with some design risks in my home like a shiny gold ceiling, a dark grey kitchen, and unique plexiglas and brass wall torchieres. But the digs are so ready for an update, and I am always taking notes on fun finds. Today I have rounded up some design ideas and stylish pieces to get us all  thinking boldly.

Haute House Pat Chair

Cotton chic! How fabulous are these chairs? Labeled as contemporary, but I think they can work in all decor styles.  Sold only at Horchow and now marked down by
