After five years of using the same shampoo, I have found a product that is making a big difference in my hair. It's R+Co . It's been a game changer. I am currently using the Dallas Biotin Thickening Shampoo, and Dallas Biotin Thickening Conditioner.  Currently awaiting the Thickening Spray. I am sure that Biotin is the reason that my hair improving so.  More about Biotin below.

I have mentioned last Spring that during the Covid shutdown, I lost all of my acrylic nails, including my own nails. It was a mess. I have vowed never to use those chemicals again. But my nails have been struggling. Then 3 weeks ago I started taking Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails by Andrew Lessman. Oh my! My hair skin and nails have never looked so good.
