Foodie Friday: Perfect Picnic Provisions & Recipes

{ Via: Glitter Guide }

It's picnic season! Time to grab a picnic basket and head outside.  There are a few rules to keep in mind for a perfect picnic.  Plan a menu that can be served either chilled or at room temperature. Have the right equipment that will keep your food safely chilled and stored. A little shade always helps with Mother Nature. Today's recipe roundup goes beyond Mom's potato salad (though you'll find Heather Christo's Red, White & Blue recipe). Think Sashimi Watermelon, Strawberry Salsa and more.
