Wedding Wednesday: Spring 2019 Gowns

{ Via: Ines De Santo }

Getting married next year? You may be in the midst of wedding dress decisions. For some, it is a daunting task. Then there are those (like me) that know what they want, and can get the dress of their dreams in one shopping trip. The Spring 2019 Collection is beyond beautiful. This edit features risk taking designs with color, pearls, bows, and blossoms. There's also styles that are sleek, modern, and minimalist. A little something for every bride.
 These are my favorites.

HERE: 14 Gorgeous Gowns

The Sklar
Featuring a boned and beautiful corset style bodice, this ball gown is frothy and fabulous. And that color is
ever so chic.

So often the city hall brides get overlooked. Many will love this modern mini, and the oh so pretty pearl embellished full length jacket. Finally a dress that can be worn
over and over again.

Wedding Wednesday: Wow Wedding Gowns

{ Via: ZsaZsa Bellagio }

My motto is that life is too short to not wear a "wow" gown. It's your special day. Why not make a statement?  This season and going forward in 2019, designers went for it, and have showcased unapologetic strong silhouettes. Vera Wang did an entire season in color.  Newcomer Danielle Frankel, designed fabulous fashion forward frocks, and Claire Pettibone did Boho chic like none other. Every design in this edit made me say "wow." Let's see if you do, too.

HERE: 10 Bridal Wows

Yolan Cris
You see this designer's gowns on the red carpets often. They always stand out to me. I mean you don't often see a bride wearing a cape and a scarf! This is bridal haute couture,
for sure.
Yolin Chris

Danielle Frankel Spring 2019
Pleats please! And those sleeves.....fabulous. I also always think that a long sleeve on a wedding gown adds a certain elegant touch.
Danielle Frankel

Atelier Pronovios Spring 2019
The Carina is both sexy and glam at the same time. The wow factor comes from the sleeve veiling! Now that's unique. Again, the long sleeves make a statement.
Pronovios

Vera Wang
Blush and nude ball gown with a multi layered tulle skirt. I probably could do without the giant bougainvillea, but that is part of the
wow factor.
Vera Wang

Francesca Miranda Alina
Spring 2019 for the modern bride. High-low hand embroidered tulle skirt, over crepĂ© ‘skinny’ pants. Fun!
Francesca Miranda

Costarellos Fall 2018
The Greek designer's coveted aesthetic is marked by Goddess-like silhouettes and his signature intricate lacework. The sleeves above are just dreamy. See this style HERE. Shop a trunk show of Costarellos classics at
Moda Operandi

Temperley London Toledo Dress
Soft and ethereal, with exquisite and intricately placed embroidery in a rich color palette, which is folkloric in feeling. This is a timeless Temperley statement bridal piece. Perfect for a desert wedding, no?
Temperley London

Monique Lhuillier
Oh how fabulous! No veil needed. Can you imagine how it moves on the dance floor?
Monique Lhuillier

Claire Pettibone Shangri-La Gown
The multi colored embroidery is layered over gold lace, and might just transport you to your own utopia.  Boho chic at its' finest!
Claire Pettibone

Alan Hannah
Spring 2019 Bridal Collection
I am crazy for British designer, Alan Hannah's gowns. There is something very unexpected about each design. Isn't this gold veil such a
 luxe look?
