Of all the Spring fashion trends, this one is my favorite. I have always loved a great skirt They give you a chance to get creative The skirts on the runways were big, oversized, puffy and a little bonkers, to use Vogue's term. The styles weren't realistic for everyday living.  So I have pulled together 11 skirts that still make a stylish statement in the best of ways. Remember, the bigger the  statement that your skirt makes, the quieter the top should be. Which is your favorite?
