I have to say I've been missing my New York Girl, "Ms. Shop This," terribly this week. Along with that, I also miss New York. To make matters worse, Bendel's announced this week that after 123 years in business, Henri Bendel will be closing its doors in Jan. 2019. This is oh so sad.  Bendel's was once my playground on 57th Street in NYC. When they  moved to Chicago directly across the street from me, I swear that I heard them calling my name at night. So in honor of the NYC people and places I love.....here is a short and quick list of links to love.

I burn candles often and love how they set the mood. But the candle must be good looking and match my decor...not to mention smell great. My very favorite candle is from Henri Bendel. They are encased in a simple white frosted glass.  It's perfect for matching any decor, making them the best hostess gift. The salted caramel is new and fabulous, but so is the champagne scent (my fave) and cashmere. Lovely for $25.
