They're back!  I am not sure that capris ever really disappeared, but they certainly weren't totally trending in a bit. Now I see them everywhere.  If you are going for chic, black is the color to choose.  They are narrow and just covering the knee. Not everyone can wear the look. If you can, grab some kitten heels and go!
