The Belt Bag is back! Somehow this once tacky trend for tourists has been reinvented, and is cooler than ever. Spring 2018's "it" accessory is more versatile and much more of a fashion statement than its' nineties prototype. You'll see it worn around the waist, slung a little lower on the hip, and casually worn over the shoulder.
