With the world opening up city by city, so are the restaurants. In Chicago, one can only dine outdoors. We did just that last weekend for lunch.  Truthfully, I prefer to dine at home. I was a bit disappointed. Now is the perfect time to look no further than your own backyard, patio or porch for a meal that is safe and satisfying.
