Steak Kabobs With Chimichurri Sauce
Beef and Chimichurri are a match made in heaven. I need to make it more often. The sauce adds a zesty brightness to the steak.
The large scallops have been treated to a dry rub made with a very interesting mix of spices. I am sure that is why this recipe is so good. I can hardly wait until July to make the creamed corn. Yum!
This recipe looks and sounds so very good! Just promise me that you will go to the trouble to make the barbecue sauce yourself. Ditch the extra ingredients that you can't pronounce in the bottle. Half Baked Harvest
