Switching things up this Friday. Along with all of the fall fashion hitting the stores and websites, are some very special new kitchen accessories and cooks tools. They are innovative, but most importantly, offer a certain chicness to your kitchen counters. Don't worry, I have included a few special recipes that will look fabulous in or out of your kitchen.
Draco Black Appetizer Plate
There's so much to love in this photo, but it is the black and white appetizer plate that caught my eye. Fun for serving on your kitchen island!
Frozen Espresso Martini
Did you know that these are a "thing?" My friend, Sara, brought this trend to my attention. And she wouldn't touch a martini or an espresso, yet she is always in the know. This cocktail is said to be full of eye opening flavor, but not overly sweet.
KitchenAid Light And Shadow
This limited edition, workhorse and work of art is a Crate and Barrel exclusive. Isn't it gorgeous? Perfect for your black and white kitchen.
Green Pan Reserve
I am pretty sure that this cookware was "reserved" for moi. Besides its' stunning good looks, it is toxin free! The nonstick ceramic set is new this year and free of PFAS, PFOA, Lead, and Cadmium. All of that is even more important than style.
Peach Tart {Gluten Free & Vegan}
I always consider a tart to be a sophisticated offering for dessert. In essence, it's a pie, but much more refined. Now is the perfect time to try this recipe, with all of the pretty peaches in season.
Heather ChristoReid Kitchen Canisters
Made of mild steel and acacia wood. These containers are both glam and just a little bit rustic with the wooden tops. Buy them by the set
or individually.
Pastry Wrapped Baked Brie with Thyme Butter Roasted Plums
Tieghan says it best: "It’s quick, easy, and most importantly, incredibly delicious." What more could we want from an appetizer?

Sensa Wine Glasses
The sleek Sensa collection has arrived—the newest from Schott Zweisel. They offer so much style while still being affordable. Champagne and caviar at your kitchen island?
Yes, please!
Frantoio Muraglia
Intense Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This may just be the prettiest bottle of olive oil I have ever seen. Also good looking in silver. Lovely on the counter full or empty. It gets rave reviews for flavor, as well. Priced for gifting.
It is fig season! I once was a dinner guest at a very very upscale city condominium. The host rolled out and created this dish in front of us, baked it, and served it on her stunning kitchen island. Delicious isn't a big enough word for it.
Le Creuset Stoneware Heritage Baker
This isn't just any "green. " It's called, "artichaut." Perfect for a bubbling lasagne or a meat roast with a layer of veggies.
Caprese Salad
Do not underestimate the effectiveness of a well done Caprese Salad when served to company. It's nothing new, but if done right, it is hard to beat. May I suggest using Heirloom Tomatoes? They make all of the difference. The Modern Proper
Certainly sleeker than the one I own. It's new and only available now at Williams Sonoma. This machine does it all! Available in three chic shades.
