Foodie Friday: How Do You Like Those Candy Apples?

{ Via: Party City }

As a child, there was one house on our block that actually gave out "Candy Apples" as their Halloween treats. I also remember that my Mom would not let us eat them. It was very disappointing, but I get it! Ever since childhood, when I think of Halloween, I think of apples covered with gooey caramel, nuts and  chocolate. Any way you slice them, these apples are delicious! Won't you join me in making some this weekend?

HERE: 16 Creative Candy Apple Recipes

This recipe is different in a big way. With the combination of sugar and sweetened condensed milk, a silky caramel coating is created. It stays on the apples and is deliciously ‘bloody’.
