Wedding Wednesday: Oscar Worthy Bridal Fashion

He was dapper, dashing and an elegant gentleman. The world of fashion has lost an icon.  Often described as the "sultan of suave," he has designed haute couture for first ladies like Jackie Kennedy, Hillary Clinton and Laura Bush. Celebrities such as Sarah Jessica Parker and Amy Adams often walked the red carpet in his gowns. Even I have worn his ready to wear line. My first piece was purchased at Bergdorf Goodman many years ago. Wish I had kept it. 

Today I pay homage to one of Fashion's brightest stars, Mr. Oscar de la Renta
