Blueberries are my new obsession. After giving up refined sugar (95% of the time). I needed a little 'something' for my sweet tooth. Blueberries are my best buddies now. Besides being cute and tasty, they are a superfood. Their phytonutrients actually protect against some diseases. They fight inflammation and are high in antioxidants. What's not to like?
