A Gluten Free Thanksgiving

Back in the day, no one had even heard of the word "gluten." In today's world every one of us knows someone that lives gluten free.  It's a comedy trying to get a menu together for my family's Thanksgiving menu.  In our group of 13, we have Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Salt Free, Dairy Free and Low FodMap diet people. Then there is Mr. Shop This - he'll eat anything!  This year, we aim to please everyone, so it will be a cornucopia of flavors and options for all.

I like pretty food, and typically Pumpkin Pie is not exactly beautiful. But this pie is very easy on the eyes.
