The minute the weather heats up, I start thinking about ice cream. What about you? The truth is, the ice cream at the market leaves me disappointed. It's just not what my Mom churned back in the day. July is National Ice Cream Month. I think it is high time we indulge in a frozen treat that we make ourselves.
