Master Chef, Wolfgang Puck, will for the 22nd year, set the culinary stage of the Governors Ball, following the 88th Academy Awards. He and his event staff of over 900 will feed 1500 guests more than 50 creative dishes. On this Foodie Friday, having a little Oscar fever, I pay homage to a chef who is good as the gold Oscar statues this weekend.

Wolfgang Puck's Truffled Chicken Pot Pie

This is an Oscar winning dish if I ever saw one! It was served at the 2010 Governor's Ball. Said to be easy, but with the truffles, truffle oil and truffle salt, it is surely expensive. In case your local market doesn't carry truffles, click below.
