So I haven't even got to my own Christmas menu yet. Hopefully, this Friday fun will help us all to get focused. Christmas calls for extra special everything.  Put love into the food you create, and those that you are serving will feel special. This is what the holidays are about. If you haven't had it before. It is a layer of citrus pound cake, pistachio and cranberry sorbet, all covered with meringue. A holiday delight!
